We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, parts availability, or the complexity of prior jobs. 5. Payments and Billing

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, paper checks, eChecks, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• A diagnostic or service-call fee may apply and will be disclosed before work begins.
• Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional fees permitted by law.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (619) 637-5215. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee where permitted by law. For work already begun, you are responsible for the cost of labor and materials provided up to the point of cancellation.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Unless otherwise stated in writing, A&A Plumbing warrants its workmanship for a limited period from the date of service, provided payment has been made in full. Manufacturer warranties cover parts and equipment and are provided by their respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, water pressure changes, or third-party work.
• Existing plumbing issues unrelated to the work performed.
• Normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions disclosed to you.
